We built and mounted an FNA-class insulated box body on an Iveco Daily chassis cab in the 5–7 t class — a truck for chilled goods with a 1,000 kg tail lift and a side door for quick access to the load.

The body is self-supporting, built from GRP sandwich panels with a rigid polystyrene foam core (λ = 0.025 W/(m·K)) and reinforced Performance Plus WR polyester-glass laminate inside and out, finished in RAL 9016. Internal dimensions are 5,000 × 2,200 × 2,100 mm, giving 23.1 m³ of load space.

Key specifications

  • FNA class (ATP) insulated body for chilled goods

  • Panel thickness: floor 107 mm, side walls and rear doors 53 mm, front wall and roof 63 mm
