Tarpaulin Body with Sleeper Cab for Renault Master 3.5t

We built two identical tarpaulin bodies for Renault Master Chassis Single Cab 3.5t units — L3 wheelbase, 2.0 dCi 170 Euro VI — specified for general cargo work where side loading and long shifts on the road both matter.
The body is a drop-side platform with a tarpaulin superstructure on fixed, non-sliding walls, and a full-length curtain on the left side so the load can be reached along the whole body from that side. A steel-cable system tensions the tarpaulin along the lower rail, and the rear wall closes with tarpaulin rather than doors — which means the body can be loaded from three sides when a forklift is involved.

Because these two vehicles run long routes, we added a Spojkar Elka Standard sleeper pod above the cab. It is thermally insulated and velour-lined, with two E-homologated opening windows, an 8 cm mattress across the full sleeping area, independent lighting, two adjustable air vents, storage compartments, a 12 V socket, heating ducts and a hatch through to the driver's cab.
An Autoterm Air 2D diesel air heater with a programmable controller keeps the pod warm overnight at 0.8/2.0 kW and 0.1–0.24 l/h, so the engine stays off. White cab side spoilers reduce drag at motorway speed, and a 60 L toolbox completes the build.
Both bodies were manufactured, mounted on the chassis and delivered ready to register.
